INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
Wheat flour - 2 cup
Salt to taste
Water - 1.5 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
For Stuffing:
Tofu - 200g
Finely chopped Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Finely chopped green chilli - 1
Chaat masala - ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee for roasting
Butter cubes for garnish
Yogurt to serve
Pickle to serve
