One tip for those whose noodles stick together all the time, well when noodles are boiled just drain that hot water and pour some cold water 2-3 time to stop the cooking and then let your noodles dipped in that cold water completely and they won't stick, you won't need oil too, just let them float in cold water till your veggies are done and then strain you noodles and put them on pan to cook..

Which noodles do u use?Normal noodles(without any specification) ,wheat noodles or rice noodles? The raidiwala from whom I get chowmein uses rice noodles which I'm not able to find.
