In my suggestion, Hajur haru la takali khana sangai thkali Bhada haruko prayog garda ajja afno TRADITIONAL dhakhau na saknu hunixa! hoina ra? malai ta tasto lagxa hamro Nepali khana chahi tyo Thakali hoss ya Nawari wa aru traditional hoss abata sabai Lop hudaixa, so alik vai pani dhakna painxa jasto lagxa! Well nice try vai but thakali style ko kalo daal pakaune tarika yesari hoinani maile vanyo vanera narisaunu hola coz im a thakali n we dnt cook in this way n kahilepani jhimmule kalo daal lai jhandainau vai but keep up the good work n nice try😊😊... . . . . . As all the Thakalis have commented, this is not our maasko daal. Ours’ is a beautiful dark green colour, not gray like your’s. We make many, many varieties of daal that we jhano. Maasko daal is one that we never jhano.And never use Timur in. These days more than half the restaurants in Kathmandu call themselves “Thakali”!!!! At the end of it the proof is in how a dish looks and tastes. And sad to say, that cannot be duplicated, even if you call your restaurant “thakali”!!!
