सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जो निर्णय लिया है वो एक तरफा दिया है ,ST जनजाति को हर जगह 100 में से 7% से भी कम पद दिया जाता है,बड़े पद में जाने के बाद भी सामाजिक समानता नही मिल पा रहा है ,माननीय राष्ट्रपति महोदया आज भी सम्मान के लिए संघर्ष कर रही है, सरकारी नौकरी को सरकार कम कर रही है,, देश में सामाजिक समानता की जरूरत है यदि देश सभी समान हो जायेंगे तो आरक्षण की जरूरत नहीं होगी

The concept of creamy layer ensures that members of the community who have not been able to avail the benefit of reservation , it reaches them. Presently the reservation benefit by the same families who have already enjoyed the benefit . Please remember the creamy layer concept does not reduce the Reservation Quota, it makes it available to those who deserve it more. This would result the reservation benefit to reach larger group. The concept is based on economic criteria. It is very old concept. It came for SC about two decades ago. It should therefore cover the STs and OBCs. Those who are economically weak often fail to get good education and hold good position in matters of employment.

Gavai saab is right... There is a need to revamp reservation in SC/ST provided such revamp must be done with genuine honesty. I see mojority of politocal class want to end SC/ST reservations, i would say they hate reservations and could use justice gavai's resaoning to destory it for once and all. I

This judgment has given some relief to Government. The solution is caste base sensus. Based on caste based sensus, representation in terms of reservation for each caste can be fixed.

Then suddenly asked me from which caste you belong.. then i directly said CHAMAR. then i asked him any problem..? Then he said no problem... After some time around 10-20 minutes came back with money.... And i said you took this rent, give me room key but suddenly said (owner) my son was already fixed this room another person... This is happening with lower castes. Mr. D Y chandrachun doesn't think on ground level.. because he belongs from upper caste.. This is the reality of India 😢😢😢

we are saying supreme court judges had no data but only their notions,, similarly current reservation is also based on certain notions and not data. We are talking about social justice, tell me why SC/ST student whose father earns 1cr rupees a year should be given reservation over Gen student whose father earns 6-7 lakh rupees and has more merit than SC/ST. Dhobhi is also because he’s economically weaker not jaati.
