It seems that your interpretation is one side. You say that priesthood is over but in N.T the royal priesthood is started 1Pet 2:9. You say that priesthood of OT is over so, no need to pay tithe. Look, Abraham himself paid the tithe to Melchizedek when He was not incarnated. And you know who is He? He is type of Christ or Christ.Heb 7:1, 17; 5:5,6. And when Christ was incarnated, died, rose again for us and run His church through His evangelists and Pastors or Elders and Deacons Then how much more we should pay, not only tithe much more than that, you think. Elders or Pastor should be double honoured, 1Tim 5:17. What that verse mean, you need to check some Bible commentaries or Study Bibles. If I interpret according to your ways there will be problems, look here, There are lot of things in OT which are not quoted in NT, so, why should we obey them, those should be removed because they are under the law in OT. Many Psalms and many portions of book of Job are not quoted in the NT, why should we use in our worship service? It should be removed. There is no command in order to not to smoke. But how we forbid our believers, you know it; likewise, there is no command to pay tithe in NT, it does not mean you should not pay. It is up to you and the believers. But if you pay tithe, look the following things of Bible that will benefit you and your believers. You judge yourself, it is true that in NT, we are not commanded to pay tithe, neither we are told not to pay tithe. But the way you teach, no believers will pay tithe as well as offerings. A person who is not willing to pay tithe, how can he/she give more than tithe to the pastor or Church? You are being believer or leader, if you don't pay tithe or offering, how can your Evangelist and Pastor be survived because they do not have any other works like the Levites and priests of OT. Evangelists and pastors are the servants of Jesus to take care the Church. Gal 6:10; Eph 2:19. They are worthy of their wages 1Cor 9:14; They are worthy of double honoured, especially those work hard at preaching and teaching. 1Tim 5:17. How can the Church Planting ministry be expanded? How can the need of Poor be met? 2Cor 8:14; 9:12. How can the Church building be taken care? Nehemiah 10:32, 39. Please don't look one or two pastors who misuse the church funds rather look for eternal benefits accordingly the teaching of Word. Therefore, we need to be broadminded, practical and balancing the teaching of the Bible where by our spiritual lives will be blessed and God's name be glorified. Hope you understand.

If one is not working hard to preach the gospel right then who's fault is that. If Gospel is preached with the help of Holy spirit will that not change lives, if lives are changed for good. Do you think they will restrict them selves to 10 % only.......
