दौड़ने के बाद-कार्बोहाइड्रेट से भरपूर फूड्स खाने चाहिए। आप आलू, केला और जैकफ्रूट खा सकते हैं। फ्रूट्स स्मूदी भी बेहतर विकल्प है। आपकी दूसरी डायट प्रोटीन और कॉम्प्लेक्स कार्बोहाइड्रेट से भरपूर होनी चाहिए। आप ट्रेनिंग के बाद कार्बोहाइड्रेट और प्रोटीन से भरपूर फूड्स खा सकते हैं। टोस्ट, पनीर, चिकन सैंडविच और अंडा अच्छा विकल्प हैं। आप वर्तमान में एक अलग डायट ले रहे हैं, तो इसमें वो सब कुछ जोड़ सकतें हैं जो छुट गया है।
दौड़ते समय पैरो में दर्द-अचानक मांसपेशियों में मोड़ या ऐंठन के कारण पैरों में दर्द हो सकता है। इससे राहत पाने के लिए मसल्स स्ट्रेच करें। इससे ना केवल ब्लड फ्लो बढ़ता है बल्कि पैरों की बेचैनी भी कम होती है।

नमस्कार सर मे महाराष्ट्रा से नासिक जिल्हे से हु मुझे पोलीस भरती के लिये तयारी करणी हे तो रानिग मे 1600 मीटर एक्सलंट मारणे के लिये रोज कितनि दोड लगानी चाहिये ओर मे शाम को दोडता हुं तो दोडने से आधा घंटा पहिले भिगे चणे खाता हु ये सही ये क्या कृपया सुझाव दे धन्यवाद
