I was 17 years old when my 12th class completed, I was living in Mumbai and due to corona pandemic, It was essential for me to go to job for money, and then I join a industry nearly 5 km far from my home and when I was enter that industry, initially I was very happy, polite, and peaceful bcoz It was my basic nature but gradually as time passed I was adopted in bad people working in my industry and it results in stress, frustration, anxiety, fear, then I decided to leave that industry but habits was uses to with me and then slowly I starts hating my self, but one day I came across this video and started practicing meditation and it's only 2 weak I'm back in my old Version with more confidence, happiness and all. I use to meditate 2 years ago for my study process and I passed with distinction..... but I was unknow lots about meditation and this video help me out. so thank you to this channel.
I've been meditating for 6 months i can tell that my compassion towards other has been significantly increased and i fell more focused, more positive feelings(not like always 24 hours). less fatigue, good sleep( not daily) , slight facial glow I'm not saying it meditation had made me like super hero, i still feel anxious sometimes but significantly lower than before the time i used to meditate.

I am doing meditation from last one month and really finding really good 👍 positive . Now mind fluctuations have got controlled and also my emotional feelings have got controlled because usually I used to be very emotional.

Those who are going start meditation for first time they should keep in mind that at the begining u can meditate 2min...1-2 minutes for beginers is good enough but if u can do more than that then its good and u should meditate only till u feel comfortable if u are forcing ur body to do meditation then its bad meditation means relaxing ur mind and body so u should start from less time then to increase its duration Have a good day.....😊😄
