To reach 70 to 80 breaths in 10 mints one should hold the breath for 3 sec. Inhale hold for 3 sec thn exhale. Thanks for sharing this amazing n informative video 🙏

Does it need to be 70-80. What if I breath only 10-15 breaths in stage 1 for 10 mins?

Sir mene ye priyog lagbhag 74 din Kara hai....faida toh dikha parantu me ek baar sogya tha dhyaan me or meri ankh jab khuli achanak toh me dekh rha hu ki same meri trh face to face mere samne akr khada hua hai uski ankho me ek yellow colour ki chamak dekhi mene 😢😢😮uske baad se mere ko bahut jyda hedeck hone laga or fever agay ab me ye try ni krta hu ....

मैं अपने अनुभव से ये कहता हूं कि रिकॉर्ड विडियो की बात अलग है लेकिन बिना अनुभवी गुरु के ध्यान में गहराई तक नहीं जाना चाहिए । क्योंकि बिना गुरु के समाधी में पहुंच जाने का भय है।ये मेरा अपना अनुभव है। क्योंकि मैं बचपन से ध्यान में रुचि रखता हूं,और अपने पूरे शरीर में सांस का अनुभव कर सकता हूं।

Sir We breath through lungs.means inspired air reaches each and every part of lungs.THEY NEVER REACH OUR नाभी or stomach. मुझे लगता है यह क्रिया एकाग्रता के लिए,एकविचारी बनने के लिए योग्य है. Prana flows through nadis, it's not physical breath . Hence differs from anatomy .

आनापानसती ध्यान विधि तो आपको अलग अलग चक्रो से क्रमशः श्वास लेना बताती है। जो कि एनाटमी के अनुसार असंभव है। परन्तु बहुत थोड़ी देर मे ही ध्यान के माध्यम से विभिन्न चक्र महसूस होने लगते है, एवम श्वास लेना प्रारंभ करदेते है। मुझे लगता है कि ध्यान हमारे सुक्ष्म शरीर को जाग्रत कर देता है और हमे नये आयाम का ज्ञान होने लगता है।👍

Air is not Prana. Prana is throughout the body. Entire body breathes not just lungs. Western education system is blind. Medical system wants to keep the crowd diseased so it gets benefitted.

मैं आपसे पूर्णतः सहमत हूं कि यदि हमारी मानसिक स्थिति ठीक नहीं है तो हम ध्यान में बैठ ही नहीं सकते। मुझे यदि कोई भी टेंशन होती है तो मैं ध्यान में नहीं जा पाता हूं।

I felt it incredible kundalini jagrut..but after 7 days suddenly my right ear loss due to vain dry between Ear and brain..so whatever do please do careful.. Since then I am not able to do meditation becz of tinnitus sounds in ear 24*7

मैने एक मिनट मे चार से पांच ही सांसें ली।परंतु दस मिनट ऐसे सांस लेने पर मेरा .मस्तिष्क बहुत ठंडा हो गया और शरीर जल्दी से सुन होना शुरू हो गया।घबराहट मे मुश्किल से सामान्य स्वास स्थिती बहाल हुई।।

Thank you for an amazing video. I tried time bound breathing today. I had only 27 breathing cycle in 15 mts. Where as u suggested around 120 cycles. So what does this means, please clarify. Do i need to beathe faster

Guruji Maine pahle 10 minut mein 19 sanse Li hai aur 15 minut mein 29 saanse Li hai aur 20 minut mein 47 sanse Li hai aapane Jo bataya hai yah usse bahut kam hai kya yah sahi hai ya mujhe jitni aapane batai hai utani hi leni hai

मान्यवर गहरे ध्यान के समय अन्य सूक्ष्म शरीर वाले लोग आकर हमारे सूक्ष्म शरीर को छूते है वो भी बड़े प्यार से तो क्रोध आता है मन करता है एक थपड़ लगा दूं , जब ऊर्जा ऊपर चढ़ती है तो सुगंध फैलती है वही सूंघ कर आ जाते है । फिर मेरा प्लान बनता है अब नही करना ध्यान , इसके लिए क्या करू?🙏🙏
