1/2 Tsp - Salt
1/4 Tsp - Ajwain
1/2 Tsp - Chilli Flakes
2 Tbsp - Coriander Leaves
1/3 Cup - Water
For Tadka :-
2 Tbsp - Oil
1 Tbsp - Chana Dal
1 Tsp - Urad Dal
2 Pinch Hing
1/2 Tsp - Rai/Black Mustard Seeds
1/2 Tsp - Cumin Seeds
10-12 Curry Leaves
1 Inch - Ginger
1 Green Chilli
1 Medium Onion
For Chutney :-
1/4 Cup - Roasted Peanuts
1 - Dry Red Chilli
4 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Cup - Water
Salt To Taste
1 Tbsp - Lemon Juice
