Have healthy food that is easy to digest, Have ur dinner atleast 3 hrs before ur sleep. Have ur lunch before 9 am in the morning. Add pranayam in ur morning schedule, this will improve ur quality of ur sleep, also ur mind will be calm due to less thoughts. Ur eve pranamam before sleep: Take deep breathing with ur left nostrel for 40 times, this will calm ur mind. 2nd pranayam: Follow bramary for 10 min. 3rd Pranayam : in sleepjng zone, do belly breathing and got to sleep. In morning : do bastrika pranayam for energizing ur entire day. Namaste, Hari Om

Sir ..mera dimag hr time kuch n kuch sochta rhta h kabhi shant nhi rhta h ..yha tk mai jb puja path krti hu ya pranayam krti hun .. tb bhi mere dimag me kuch chl rha hota h kuch n kuch soch rhi hoti hu .. kripya ..man ko shant krne or sharir ko chanchal bnane ka upay btayen sir .please .. mai isse bhot presan hun

@@AshuYadav-mx7bd nahi lekin ab jarurat hai aisa mehsoos ho raha hai. Sadguru ne sambhavi aur soonya dhyan dono bataya tha tabhi yogi varun anand ke pss aya. Beech mein 1- din toh easa hota hi ki agar 1 samay sambhavi nahi kiya toh uthna muskil ho jata hai. Mein shoonya dhyan bhi karunga cope up keliye.Filhal sambhavi aur aashwini mudra schedule mein hai aur uske baad guru ji ne jaisa bataya.
