People have 0 idea how much a feat Yatri has achieved with this bike. It is incredible how they have put the cost down below 5 lakh with such low numbers produced so far.
Sirish Dai ko Sarcasm about the Vehicle Registration process signifies how severely reliant we are on foreign imports. So Kudos to Yatri for being the first to bring about a significant change in Nepal's transportation.
@@loshanparajuli it is like engine braking, and also while applying break, it will use kinetic energy of bike to recharge the battery, which will help in downhill to slow the bike and also increase the range in city ride as well as down hill ride.
Number plate will be given in the next one month, its been 8 months, and the company has now also halted production since September. Proud of you Nepal !!! This is the way to encourage the real entrepreneurs of Nepal.
Nepal gov is not going to support since these corrupt leaders can't collect heavy taxes while importing bikes from India. Nepalese leaders deserve a hell.
yarti should make a medium range bike as well. like within 2-3lakh range. so that everyone get chance to shift to EV. which helps for Nepal economy and utilize our own resources..
The bike is named Yatri, which means travel, but you cannot travel with this bike. It need continuous charging after 90km. Not suitable for long travel... They probably need to change there Name. It may be better for city ride and the bike is expensive too..... Hope they change there pricing so other people could feel ,oh this bike is good. Also, government need to cut of the price for the bike component so that its price can be minimize....

Think Yatri motorcycle.. think guys ... I know they will not care about my messages ... But it is the voice of every Nepali who wants the development of Nepali products. yesko target bhaneko chai tehi Duke, R15 kinne haru lai nai ho..Electric convenience, urban mobility and insane acceleration...Ramailo cha chalauna, V3 bechera kineko ho maile..Wanted a change after riding petrol bike for 16 years..Its definitely not for those who are looking to buy splendor, shine, Unicorn etc as initial investment would be high..But 5 years ma should be cheaper than a lot of 2.5-3 lakhs bike.. Its also not for those who ride more than 100KM per day much more often..In my case, I only go one long tour like 6-7 days out of 365 days and is easily manageable through fast chargers. Final words, its a super smooth, fun and something new..
But there is really a huge market for this category as well...Especially in urban areas where R15, MT15's price range bikes have dominated the youth choice..But I agree, a lot of Nepali can't afford and a different bike will be made for them..
