आज मसाला किचन में बन रही है बच्चों की फेवरेट चोकोबार आइसक्रीम | चॉकलेट आइसक्रीम की परफेक्ट रेसिपी | आइसक्रीम बनाने की आसान विधि | घर पर वनीला आइसक्रीम/चॉकलेट बार/मटका आइसक्रीम बनाये बिना मशीन के | बिना क्रीम के आइसक्रीम/बिना कंडेंस्ड मिल्क के आइसक्रीम बनेगी बहुत ही टेस्टी | घर के सामान से बनाये स्वादिष्ट चोकोबार आइसक्रीम रेसिपी | सॉफ्ट आइसक्रीम बनाने का तरीका | सबसे आसान बिना क्रीम के आइसक्रीम एक बार ज़रूर बनाइये | बाजार जैसी आइसक्रीम/मैंगो आइसक्रीम देखिये मसाला किचन मे | क्रीमी चॉकलेट आइसक्रीम का मज़ा लीजिये गर्मियों में | आसान तरीके से वनिला आइसक्रीम/चोकोबार आइसक्रीम बनाये और रेसिपी को ज्यादा से ज्यादा शेयर कीजिये | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी |
INGREDIENTS:
Cornflour (आरारोट) - 2 Tbsp
Milk (दूध) - 2 Cup
Sugar (चीनी) - 4-5 Tbsp
Dark Chocolate (डार्क चॉकलेट)
White Chocolate (सफेद चॉकलेट)
Food Color (फ़ूड कलर) - 1 Pinch
Mango Essence (मैंगो एसेन्स) - Some drops
Fresh Cream (ताजा मलाई/क्रीम) - 3 Tbsp
RECIPE:
For IceCream, In a pan, put some Corn Flour, some Milk and mix it well. Put Sugar in it and keep the pan on the flame for boiling. Stir it continuously. When the sugar gets dissolved then turn the flame off and keep it in the fridge.
For Coating, put the Dark Melted Chocolate in the disposable glasses and spread it, and keep it in the fridge.
Take White Melted Chocolate, put Liquid Food Color and Mango Essence in it and put it in the disposable glasses and spread it, and keep it in the fridge. Then put Thick Chilled Milk in a mixer jar and Fresh Malai/Cream in it. Churn it and put it in the chocolate molds. Cover it with silver foil and put the ice cream stick in it and freeze it for 7-8 hours or for overnight. After then take out the ice cream from the Ice Cream mold by tearing the disposable paper. Serve it & enjoy it. In this way, tasty Chocobar Ice Cream will get ready easily at home.
