Very nice recipe. You have shown it very nicely. But to say that it is new and one has never eaten that before is perhaps not right. I make this gravy for my non veg dishes. Especially chicken and egg. In vegetarian I have used this with paneer - capsicum and potatoes - peas. It is very tasty gravy. This same gravy with few tomatoes pureed and added will also be very nice. Thank you for the lovely video.

We can use tomato instead of Curd as it's not healthy to heat curd as per Ayurvedic Doctors advice.

Heating curd directly on flame is toxic. It can be mixed with gravy then heated, it just destroys the benefits of curd but it's not harmful. On the contrary malai/cream/milk with salt is harmful. Salt with milk/cream/malai makes the mixture toxic
