Maa,If a sadhu is a sadhu then he can't be pro men/women,anti men/women; maa if we'll observe our mothers,grand mothers and even their mothers then we will get a short conclusion even though our mothers were in "grihastharama",still they were very nivrita and pure,often it is depicted in our textbooks that women of older times had no existence that means they were living but living is a way which is somehow an eg. of obscure existence but it is a western point of view,if you will compare the lifestyle of our great sages with that of our mothers then it has a very little difference as a monk gives his all energy and sadhana to his shishya in that way a mother gives her all well being to his child,but men on the other hand in our society turned out to be very very "vishyaskt" because they were very much exposed to west and all that..,but women on the other hand even having influences from the outside world turned very deep and intense in sadhana,due to this very fact all spiritual masters always point out towards men stateing their inability to get into the spiritual world,but the generation of 90s,and our generation we who're born in 21st century for us conditions and different it too has several strands that we must discuss.

And women often are very uplifted hence they will try not to have anything but whatever they possess they will be fine in that only.
