Depend karta hai ki aap kitna laal pyaz chahte hain. Humare yahan bilkul laal pyaz pasand hai aur usi se bhujiya ka taste aata hai. Agar pyaz kam bhuni hogi to achchha nahi lagega. Ek baar dono tarah se try karke dekhiye

Thank you. Yes true. Bhujia as such are oily but oil can be drained off. With less oil you do not get the required crispiness.
