For cool down, Hanuman Dand with a step forward and turning the head and body towards the front leg.

The reason for degenerative changes in the tissues of the vertebra is that the deep muscles are constantly tense. Thus, they obstruct blood circulation in the perivertebral tissues. Movements in the spine normalizes the tone of deep muscles, activates blood circulation in the perivertebral tissues.
