My Kushti set: 1. Dand-Bethak, 2. Hindu Push-Ups, 3. Hindu Squats, 4. Half Moon Dand, 5. Hanuman Squats. As circuit or consistent training. Fir circuit training load/pause intervals are 40/20 sec or the next round start with the beginning of the next minute. For warm up Surya Namaskar as shown by Swami Ramdev. For cool down, Hanuman Dand with a step forward and turning the head and body towards the front leg.

@@truthsek What language is this in? I don't understand. Hanuman monkey push-ups are a good exercise for vertebrae. Because there is a twist here. The reason for degenerative changes in the tissues of the vertebra is that the deep muscles are constantly tense. Thus, they obstruct blood circulation in the perivertebral tissues. Movements in the spine normalizes the tone of deep muscles, activates blood circulation in the perivertebral tissues.

पहलवानों की बॉडी देखने पर मन में जलन होती है। शोल्डर, चेस्ट, बॅक, थाइज, ऍप एकदम बढ़िया। 🔥💪 जिम में सिर्फ मसल पे ध्यान देते है। लेकिन कुश्ती में मसल प्लस स्ट्रेंथ और फ्लेक्सिबिलिटी पर भी ध्यान देते है।
