MUNG DAL - ¾ CUP (SOAKED FOR 3 HOURS)
GINGER - 1 + 1 INCH
GREEN CHILLI - 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED + 2, FINELY CHOPPED
CORIANDER SEEDS - 1 TSP
HING - ¼ TSP
SALT - ½ + 1 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - ½ TSP
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ + 1 + 1 TSP
POTATO (MEDIUM) - 1, PEALED AND CHOPPED
DAHI / CURD - ¾ CUP
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ TSP
CORIANDER SEED POWDER - 2 TSP
DESI GHEE - 2 TABLE SPOON
GARLIC - 4 TO 5 CLOVES
ONION (MEDIUM) - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
KASURI METHI (DRIED FENUGREEK LEAVES) - 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA - ½ TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES - 1 TABLE SPOON
