Driver सोमबीर को हरियाणा से असम के लिए लोड मिला। आरोप हैं कि ट्रांसपोर्टर से Advance भाड़े की बात होने के बावजूद पार्टी ने Account में भाड़ा नहीं डाला। इस वजह से गाड़ी मालिक ने माल समेत गाड़ी को बीच में ही रोक लिया। कुछ दिनों बाद पार्टी के गुंडों ने माल समेत गाड़ी को उठा लिया। इसके कुछ महीने बाद ट्रक Police Station में मिला। पुलिस ने गाड़ी मालिक को Notice भेजा कि अपनी गाड़ी ले जाओ। जब वह थाने में गया तो गाड़ी के चार Tyre गायब थे।
