I think this 3 lakh will become 1 lakh if he needs the money after 3-4 years as inflation will decrease the value of money drastically. So anyhow 2 lakh goes in vain. Min should be investing in ppf as value of 3 lakh will be same if not more as ppf gives 7.1 pc interest and inflation of india is almost 6-7%. Please think wisely.

@@worldiswelcome Yes I think 6 month of emergency fund is absolutely necessary but 3 to 5 years of expense which he termed it as" financial stability" in savings account/FD will be absolute disaster. If expense is 50k then 50000*36=1800000 lakh its a huge amount.

Majority of people on this planet are materialistic. They work extremely hard like a Donkey and spend all on liabilities. If you deeply analyse all his videos, he promote simple lifestyle and savings. A 5% return on 10 lakh capital is 50,000. Whereas a 20% return on 1 lakh capital is just 20,000. I repeat, he promotes the culture of saving.
