I have bought Okaya fast F2 B on 03/02/2023 the vehicle did work properly for 8 days and then handle started to vibrate then I have taken the vehicle to the store they said that they will solve it during the service of vehicle. It did solve the problem for a week then I discovered that the jumper and light indicator is faulty. How can a vehicle go faulty within a month? Then I asked the worker there how can a vehicle go damaged in a month he didn't reply anything. I asked to replace the faulty things they said if you want to change immediately you have to give 4500rs for the jumper or you can wait till the company send us one. I waited for 10 days then they called me that the jumper has arrived and said that the labour charge will 80 or 100rs. When I got there with vehicle they suddenly said that the labour charge is 440rs for jumper and the side-light indicator is 375rs. I mean how can you charge me when the vehicle came with a faulty jumper and on top of that the ridiculous labour charge how can changing a jumper can have a labour charge of 440rs. I purchased Okaya Ev from Apurva Pune. 1. Throttle failure in 700km, not covered in warranty. 2. Parking sensor failure, not covered in warranty. 3. Back pain, if drive beyond 15km. 4. Reverse switch stuck intermittent. 5. Material low quality used. 6. Break making Noise. I will not recommend this.
