To protect our people's interest* > We have seen many countries not take their interest due to the hegemony of the US and West on the issues like Ukraine & Gaza conflicts. > Countries could not buy Russian oil just because all the oil tankers and insurance companies were controlled by Western countries. > We have seen how US kick out Iran and Venezuela from the oil market and India forced to buy energy requirements from other players with higher prices *2. To negotiate better deals like FTA with other parties in a fever of our people's interests.*

US and China are superpower but in US people are not happy with there policies, eg. US has billions of dollars to spend of war but not on there own people who are poor. China is developed and already a superpower but its an authoritarian. Do India want to be like them ? what superpower does to world ? does superpower brings happiness and prosperity to world or makes wars on other country in order to gain benefit from that ?

An interesting dialogue. It informs us of the current situation, and building on it, I have just three suggestions: 1. Rebrand, “make in India” to “make for India” 2. In place of doing a cast census, do a skill census 3. When offering welfare schemes, construct a balance between “basic welfare = direct benefit” + “empowerment projects”; with a view to progressively reduce direct welfare so empowerment replaces benefits. Let’s focus on vocational training

From time to time even if they are sitting out side to just get an insight so that modi govt .is not blindisided . Critics are always good for heatlthy democracy in a constructive ways . Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report of 2016 which had showed how the 20:80 scheme had caused revenue loss to the exchequer of around Rs 1.3 lakh crore 3. During your tenure as RBI governor How much was NPA of nationalised banks ? 4. Last but not least IIT/IIM alumni Mr Rajan's ego hurted by Shaktikanta Das low profile RBI governor managed successfully Indian economy from past 2 years when US/Europe bleeding with recession

Raghuram Rajan was the professor of economics at University of Chicago after that he was the 7th Chief economist and head of research at IMF. In 2005 Rajan in a conference predicted the financial crisis on america and gave some solutions to prevent that the US Treasury secretary then insulted Rajan and denied his predictions but Rajan's predictions were proven right in 2008 financial crisis there was a documentary made on the crisis called Inside Job in 2010 and he was interview do see that. He was also the CEA to India and RBI governor

It has hard to find extended interviews now a days that too which usually equal the duration of a movie. But I must say that watching this episode and most of the other interviews, the the experience has been very engaging, intellectually stimulating and knowledgeable. Congratulations to Lallantop and its team. For this particular interview, firstly Kuldeep ji you have done a commendable job. You have moderated it exceptionally well. The interventions were very precise and neutral and your temperament throughout the episode was spot on. Secondly listening to Raghu sir has always been a knowledgeable experience. He is among the few who puts forth his views courageously and without any bias. Looking forward to read the book. Keep it up Lallantop. Regards

I was expecting Lil broader discussion like pandemic, Russia Ukraine war, Israil war impact, global economic slowdown impact etc.....however it's a good discussion. Many things came truthfully. Ye Raghuram Rajan bohot sahi lagta h mere ko. Hamesha to the point logical baat karta h . I like listening this guy !!Sri Lanka k doobne ka main reason free rewdii nahi balki corruption h. Sri Lanka jo top leader te wo sab bohot corrupt te. They used to charge upto 20% . Phir apne corrouption ko chupane k liye Sri Lanka k leader free rewdi baatne lage taaki log vidroh naa kar de. Simple language me agar Modi 20% corruption commission lene lage aur uske baad population ko shaant rakhne k liye free me gehu rice dene lage to India bi doob jaayega Sri Lanka ki tarah. Moral of the story is We always need to vote a leader who is not corrupt. Kyu ki agar corrupt aadmi PM ban Gaya to country ko koi nahi bacha sakta. Same problem is with Pakistan . Waha k bi PM jitne bane sab k sab corrupt te

Rohit lamba thinks that developing infra to facilitate manufacturing is “turning the car around” as he put it, from being a nation that exported IT services and should continue to promote that instead. Just check the composition of CPI combined you’ll get to know are those numbers actually real.Petrol and diesel which should be in the fuel section is added to the miscellaneous section which has much less weightage than fuel section.And people like u who claim themselves literates who are actually illiterate start showing those numbers.DO YOUR HOMEWORK BROTHER THEN TALK TO ME

Toh kya kare phir? Rehne de Ideal banana? Problem hai ki ruling government idealism follow hi nahi karna chahti. Jo goverment ki policies hi crony capitalism, religious fanaticism aur majoritarianism se bhari padi ho usase tum konse idealism expect karte ho? Aisi government ke under aap largest economy toh ban jaaoge par, usme Ameer aur ameer banta jayega aur garib aur middle class families ki situation mein koi zyada fark nahi padega. Upar se yeh log apni greed ke chalte aur buisenssmen ki peeth khujane ke chakkar mein environment ki band baja denge woh alag se. Aur freedom of expression yaa dissent toh bhool hi jaao.
