बहुत तथ्यात्मक और सारगर्भित रिपोर्ट। हिमालय की संवेदनशीलता के दृष्टिगत इसका उपचार नितांत आवश्यक है। प्राकृतिक उपचार यथा सघन वृक्षारोपण, घास लगाना और पानी का कटाव सुनिश्चित करना भी प्रासंगिक होगा। इस हेतु वन एवं भूमि संरक्षण विभाग की जिम्मेदारी भी सुनिश्चित की जानी चाहिए।

महोदय आपको धन्यबाद जो आपने प्रक्रति से जुड़ा हुआ मुद्दा उठाया सबसे पहले तो प्रकर्ति का कोई कहर नहीं है ये कहर है मनुष्य की विलासिता और सरकार और जनता की अनदेखी के कारण इसे बदनसीबी नहीं कहें तो क्या कहें की हमारी प्रक्रति का दोहन करके हम खुद विनास की और बढ़ रहे हैं प्रसाशन बहरा हो चूका है और यथा राजा तथा प्रजा की कहावत सिध्ह हुई जहाँ तक आ पने बैज्ञानिकों तक रकार को पहुँचाने की बात कही है तो याद कीजिए हमारे माननीय पर्यावरण विदों ने तिहरी डैम और पहाड़ों को अतिक्रमण से रोकने के लिए jii जान लगा दिया परन्तुं न तो प्रशाशंन ने सुनी न ही जनता और उत्तराखंडी जनता ने अपने पहाड़ों को बचाने की सुधि लि
