Video Book summary Day 5 FLOW By Mihaly Csikszenttmhaly Back ground music is too heavy in this book summary. It really give awesome examplesof the people achieve their higher goal by being in FLOW state. like Real happincess, Fear & TEnsion, Happiness & Purpose, Read & do Yoga, Search challenge, Learn and do not Wrong Goal, Relationship, Focus, Accept Challenge But for me FLOW means being in Focus & I have community where we have 02 Focus hour ie 11 am to 12 Noon and 5 pm to 6 pm (we do 10 minutes meditation& and do which is important and alligned to our goal like video / podcast / images / content etc we just push our limits and keep consistency in our goals. Day 5 1. Happiness doesn't come by seeking it . The more you aim for happiness, the more you miss it. 2. Once we understand the machinery inside, we can control them and decide what life will be like 🤍 3. We need to seek happiness, not fun. 4. Day 05 ,flow todays learning (i) flow is a state of optimal expriance where we are fully impersed in present. 2.flow was the key of happy life. During flow pepople fells a sence of happiness concentration with life and we fell entirely in control . Chapter -2 .forget the external distraction and focous till reach our goals. Chapter -3 different between happyness and fun . Chapter04. Develop the ability to find happiness and purpose of external circustances. Chapter -05 we gain up control over the mind by use the body by yoga . Reading is most common flow inducing behaviour. 9. Maintain focous on work and move forward in life and face all challenges. Day - 5 1) I learnt a proverb that The more you aim for happiness , the more you miss it. 2) Happiness is the real quality of life. 3) What makes an experience truly an experience is a state of consciousness called flow. 4) Yoga can make us control our emotions. 5) We should always seek new challenges at work space and aim to learn as much as possible & stop wasting time or setting wrong goals. 6) Our goals should be crystal clear moreover try to chase them. 7) We should always keep habit of reading that brings flow to our thoughts. 8) We should maintain focussed on our work and we don't have to be afraid of challenges.

Day 5 completed Flow is the state of mind in which you forget about everything even time and distraction. Your only focus on one thing and it may be most productive time. When we do any work which we love than we work with the flow. So, the important thing is that love your work.😊

Day 5 when we are in flow, we are more happier, productive and creative - when we feel connected to our work which gives the whole satisfaction and purpose of life is the ultimate path to happiness - sports, art or any hobby helps a person to experience the flow - by practising yoga one can have control over his mind - make a goal and take action towards it - never give up in path of journey to success - with full determination and focus we must achieve our goals - to live a happy and successful life one must always keep setting goals and try hard and take required efforts to achieve it at any cost.

Flow is a type of method by which we could make the sequence in mind. --Let go off that prejudices and immerse yourself in the task to create flow. --Take new challenges at work. Day 5 Flow makes us happy by immersing us in activities we enjoy. Trying too hard to be happy can backfire; it's better to focus on meaningful activities. Pay attention to what matters instead of getting distracted. True happiness comes from enhancing our experiences. Fun is good, but challenging and meaningful activities lead to greater happiness. Physical activities and paying attention to our senses can lead to flow. Reading, problem-solving, and creative activities can induce flow. Most jobs can become enjoyable with clear goals and challenges. Setting goals, challenges, and finding meaning are key to achieving flow and happiness. Seek new challenges at work. Good relationships with family, friends, and community support happiness. Challenges are opportunities for growth and happiness. Focus on setting goals, getting involved, and finding solutions. Life has meaning when we set goals and work towards them.

Day -5 Flow of Happiness The more you aim for happiness,the more you miss it. Happiness doesn't depend on objectives. Focus is usually possible when the work has clear goals and immediate response. Everyone has infinite potential. Find new solution instead of faciing challenges.

When we do any work which is no easy nor hard,then we push our limits to achieve more in that work. For a long time, yoga has been seen as a positive way to release ego & attract to your GOALS. To Find the true meaning of Life, firstly we have to decide a Specific goal - which challenged us & try to push our limits, then hustle to achieve that Goal & after goal achieved - you find the TRUE MEANING of your Life ❤️.

Day 5 of 15 days book challenge 1) the concept of flow is a state of optimal experience where individuals are fully immersed in the present moment and completely absorbed in what they're doing. 2) true happiness comes from improving the quality of our experiences, rather than seeking instant gratification or fun 3) most enjoyable activities require initial effort, but once we develop skills and take on challenges, they become valuable and rewarding 4) need for a healthy competition mechanism and the ability to turn adverse conditions into opportunities for growth. 5) choosing a competitor who is slightly above one's level can lead to skill improvement Thanks 😊
