Hi, I recently apply for DL for both 2&4 wheeler and pass 2wheller and fail 4wheeler, so I told them I only need two wheeler and I got the same, but how can I get four wheeler because there is no option for retest fees or Do I have to get learner licence again??

Learning DL k baad test bhi diya tha, lekin test k baad license lene mai ja nhi paya RTO q k Mumbai se shift ho gya uske pehle. Kya ab Banglore se mai kisi driving scool k through fir se process strat kr skta hu ya koi dikkat aayegi?

All said & done as per the Law - The problem lies in the fact that Corruption is Rampant & RTO Officials through the Agents expect a Bribe for issuance of the LL / DL or even to pass the test. What choices do genuine people have? The amount of the Bribe is upward of Rs. 5000/-.

If the DL issued in the state of orissa and the person is transferred to any other state, can the DL be renewed at the existing state with permanent residence proof like Addahhar Online or the person need to go the the issuing state and get the same renewed with the local address proof. Many accidents have happened with high-speed vehicles getting bumping at full speed into the rear of this parked vehicle resulting in casualties.
The process of issue of DL/LL shd be simplified and less time-consuming. More centres shd be opened at places where number of vehicles is very high. The state will earn more revenue besides increasing compliance of law
