Achi kichri app pehla Moong dal and rice ko jeera n haldi powder ka sath salt and green chilli deka cooker may boil karlejiya okkk Phir tarka degiya using mustard oil , whole jeera kalijera mathi dry red chilli....u can use dhaniya or ghee last me Or allo fry nhi toh mix sabji sa khana with a piece of lemon or any pickle .... Hello Mansa, good to see you back..Aap daliya (broken wheat) ko moong dal k sath mix karke kichdi banaye, healthy n nutritious hoti hai..Dal ko 15-20 min pani me soak kare,fir cooker me,desi ghee daliye ,thoda jeera n daliya dalkar usse thoda roast kijiye thoda colour change hoga,then add dal,salt turmeric,tomatoes n veggies of ur choice n mix well,add water that is above two fingers from dal in cooker,medium gas par 3 whitles n turn off,serve hot
Khichadi tur dal ke badle mung dal ka banao....thoda jyadapani dalo or alu ke sath thoda palak bhi dalo.....is se takat aayegi .... Khir me makhana or khajur bhi dalo is se kamjori dur hogi😊
