I Was sufferd from actuate depression at age 19 i was very shy don't talk to anyone. when I wake up then I feel like there is heavy weight on chest . I don't go on stage. So I start to stay relax my parents also say do just whatever you want don't think on study only . My parents give much more hope to me. ❤️💯
Saurabh. Mein bhi heavy chest feel karta tha pichle kuch mahino se. Jab ECG karwaya tab pata chala ki mujhe heart palpitations hai and undergoing treatment for that. Ye disease bahut serious nai hai par time se pata lagna jaroori hai. So I advice pl go for ECG
