Mam I tried this recipe it was just amazing it was too crunchy delicious 😋 😋 just you did it... I tried many recipes before but it was not that good it was soft just like small puri but this recipe removes my all doubts about pani puri making... I love ur receipes. They are very easy to understand. U actually explains each and every step in details. Eg. Aap glass kis tarah ka use karti hai jisme aapne water liya, spoon , cups, etc. Ye mujhe exactly help karta hai in terms of quantity to take. Really I love it. Mene aapse cooker me rice banana sikha and many more. I know rice in cooker is simple but no one actually explained the right way of measuring things. I have tried making puris by watching other you tubers but failed. I will try ur method. keep it up. Thankyou😊

Tried to make puri from ur recipe today. But it turned out to be complete disaster. I followed all ur steps. But the puris were completely flat though they were crunchy but totally flat. At last, I had to make papdi chaat from it😂
