Hi, Yaman. As promised, I made paneer shawarma for dinner. I made a few changes like used atta instead of white flour, used capsicum.and corn in place of cabbage and onions. And the outcome was still amazing. 😋 The marinade tasted superb and made all the difference. I have never cooked in my life as a youngster. Rather hated it but your recipes have been able to motivate me enough to try different items with encouraging results. I look forward to your recipes and try them regularly. I make it a point to share results with you. Your response always encourages me to try every recipe you share. Will keep trying and sharing. 🤗🥳

Search for falafel recipe. You can also fry some sliced brinjals and potatoes then take some pickled cucumber or onions and cucumber and tomato salad and put them all inside the pita pocket or roll them like shawarma along with the sauce (tahina/mayo/yogurt with lemon and chilli sauce/ketchup/mango chutney). Aap always aisi dishes banate hai our hume khane ka man kar jata hai... Hum always try karte hai ki ignore kare but kar nahi sakte u know na foodies ... Our humare husband bhi foodie hai jiski vajha s banana padta hai ...
