Tips for perfect cake
*Always use heavy bottom utensil for baking.
*Make sure the gap between Cake Tin And The Utensil should be atleast 2-3 inches.
*Bake on Low Flame on small burner.
*Never Check The Cake Again and Again it will increase the baking time or sometimes your cake will not rise. Always check after 20-25 minutes later.
*Always Use Fresh Baking Powder and Soda.
*Do not Over mix the Cake Batter otherwise cake won't rise enough.
*Use proper Cake Tin Size as per better
*Follow proper measurements
For 8-9 inch cake tin
Ingredients
Maida/Flour 2 cup / 240 gms
Baking Powder 1 Tsp / 5 gm
Baking Soda 1/2 Tsp / 2.5 gm
Oil 1/2 Cup / 120 ml
Milk 1 cup / 240 ml
Granulated Sugar 1 cup / 200 gram
(Measure and then make powder)
Cocoa Powder 4 Tsp
(Substitute- Use Any food colour, chocolate syrup, Oreo biscuit powder, 2-3 tsp coffee),
For 6-7 Inch Cake Tin
Ingredients
Maida/Flour 1 cup / 120 gms
Baking Powder 1 Tsp / 5 gm
Baking Soda 1/2 Tsp / 2.5 gm
Oil 1/4 Cup / 60 ml
Milk 1/2 cup / 125 ml
Granulated Sugar 1/2 cup / 100 gram
(Measure and then make powder)
Cocoa Powder 2 Tsp
(Substitute- Use Any food colour, chocolate syrup, Oreo biscuit powder, 1.5 tsp coffee)
