aapne description mei likha hai ke ye फरसाण hai lekin technically ye फरसाण nahi hai फरसाण sirf farse vyanjan's ko bolte hai ... words farsu farsi farsa (jaise farsu kopru coconut, farsi puri jaise nimki, farsa plural hai: farsa ganthiya ... ganthiya is plural) these words mean crispy crumbly ... haan ye baat alag hai ke many फरसाण shops nowadays carry items which are not फरसाण ... proper traditional फरसाण shops will have only crispy stuff like ganthiya sev fried dals peanuts mixes of these dal-moth etc ... even jalebis are technically not फरसाण but most fafda shops carry it because of new trend of combining jalebis with fafda
