Dear bharat I have tried some of your recipes and they were really good. You really explain everything very clearly. The only suggestion i would like to give is that when you measure things with spoon, please tell whether it is hesped or levelled and the second thing is about cup. We have different sized cups in the kitchen so it should be in ml. You are good Keep it up

Hello sir.. I tried your recipe,it was fantastic.. Dhokla came out as spongy you said.. thanks a lot.. And also if someone is not having citric acid so he/she can put lemon juice instead of it and instead of baking soda he/she can put Eno.. I make this recipe using lemon juice and Eno.. trust me it worked fantastically...

Feel like giving you a warm thank you hug :) Thanks for all the secret tips and tricks! My dhokla came out perfect with this recipe. I didn't even use powdered sugar(I was lazy :)). Instead, I used normal sugar and first dissolved citric acid, sugar and salt in half cup of water. Then mixed it with besan and then proceeded with rest of your recipe adding more water etc. Thanks again, I was looking for this recipe forever. Please keep up the excellence, all the best wishes:)
