सर् मैं बिहार के भोजपुर से जिला से हु मेरा बिहार पुलिस में रिजल्ट है। और जब मैं running करता हूं तो मेरा पैर के हड्डियों में काफी ज्यादा दर्द होने लगता हैं।सर् को एक्सरसाइज या कोई दावा का नाम बताइये।
