A very tasty and healthy recipe made from gram flour or besan is Besan ka chilla. This is a widely used breakfast recipe and healthy also.
Multiple ways to make this recipe, but in this video, we have used the mixture of Besan and Rava (Sooji) to make this little crispy. And we have not mixed the veggies into the batter.
We have filled the stuffing separately and make a healthy Besan ka Chilla. You can fill the veggies as per your choice. Good for kids also.
