* Sugar चीनी - 1cup (200 grams)

* Cardamom powder इलाइची पाउडर - 1/4 tsp
* Orange food colour
* Watermelon seeds

Step By Step Recipe Process:
1. For Laddoo first Soak the Chickpeas split/ Chana Dal for 4 hours.
2. Grind the Chickpeas Split in the mixer and take out in a bowl, put a pan on the gas.
3. put ghee in it, and make the Tikki shape of chana dal, and fry it on low flame.
4. When it becomes slightly brown, take it out on a plate.
5. Take a mixer jar coarsely grind the Chana Dal tikki.
6. For Sugar Syrup, take a pan put Sugar and Water mix it & add Tandoori Color in it & make sticky Sugar Syrup.
7. Now let the Chaasni cooldown.
8. Take it out on a plate and crush Cardamom in it.
9. Put the Boondi into the Sugar Syrup and mix it well and cover it.
10. then add Ghee and mix it. Now make the laddoo.
11. Garnishing it with some Melon Seeds and Pistachio.
12. Now your MotiChoor Laddu is ready to serve.
