किराएदार को साथ में लेकर कोर्ट में जाने का आपने बोला तो क्या मकान मालिक अकोला नहीं जा सकता अकेला डिग्री हासिल नहीं कर सकता या कोर्ट का आदेश नहीं ले सकता तय सीमा में प्रॉपर्टी खाली करवाने का प्लीज कमेंट सर बताइए प्लीज

अगर कोई किराएदार मकान मालिक की NOC के बगैर किराए की दुकान पर बन्दूक की दुकान का लाइसेंस जारी करवा ले तो किस धारा में केस दर्ज किया जा सकता है

Ager dukan commercial market me ho aur dukan ke uper 50 saal se rahati ho bhada 8 rupaiya prati month deti ho aur 5 saal se bhada nahi diya hai to dukan ke uper residensiyal property khali karva sakte hai

My grand mother rented shop long back(40yrs) and later after family property division my father got the ownership to the same shop(10 yrs). Tentant never paid any amount to my father(except to grand mother for 2 or 3 yrs) and he did construction work also to the 1st floor of the shop. Tenant who stayed there is no more and now his son started running the shop(2 floor). My father has sent legal notice with the help of local lawyer but we did not receive any response. I look forward your guidance what would be the best way and best points that we can submit to court.

kindly clearfy that if land lord give his house on rent taking advance dicree, in this case rent registration is necessery, because land lord will have to bear double expenditure which is not fair in my opinion.

Sir 1984 mai hamne apni land abc firm ko di thi with 11 year agreement and rent aggrenment 1995 ko expired higaya tha.... Uske badd renewal ni karaya tha..... Or hamne 1999 tak rent liya tha abc firm mai.uske badd2000-2021 tak hamne abc se koi rent ni liya na hi rent agreement renew karaya. Yeh property Ancestral property hai... Or abc firm ab yeh property kahli ni kar rha hai ... To un abc firm se apni property kaise kahli karaye

Sir... मेरी दुकान पिछले 8 साल से मेरे घर के इक सदशय के पास है और उसने कब्जा कर रखा है बो खाली नहीं कर रहे हैं और उसने कब्जा कर दुकान को कराये पर किसी और को दे दी है मे क्या कार सकता हूं। जिससे मेरी दुकान कब्जा मुक्त हो जाये।

kya iske liye court kacheri karna zaroori hai kya. makaan mere naam pe registered hai aur kiraedar khaali nahi kar rahe toh kya normal police complaint se police koi action nahi legi kya kiraedar k against?????

Need some legal advice of yours. I am staying in a dda flat from last 34 years. My neighbour flat is lying vacant from last 27 years, No one had even came once to visit this flat in last 27 years electricity meter, water meter both got disconnected in the year 1998 due to non payment of dues. I had tried my best, went to the dda office, sdmc office, sub registrar office, but all efforts gone into vain. Actual owner is not traceable. who will be the new legal owner of the flats whose actual owner are not traceable? Is there any process to know the actual owner of this flat?

Its big flaw in legal system. For landlord or licensee not good. Police should act. Minimum court involvement should be there. Once leave and licensee registered that should be final.

Sir साथ में एक्ट भी बताया करें। एक बात और कहना चाहता हूं sir जो लोग गरीब और बलहीन होते हैं वहीं कोर्ट जाते हैं। बाहुबली तो ऐसे ही किराएदार से खाली करा लेते हैं। कृपया ऐसा विडियो बनाएं जिसमे यह बताए कि अगर मकान मालिक बलहीन और किराएदार सक्षम हो तो किराएदार से मकान कैसे खाली कराए? क्योंकि आप भी जानते हैं कि एक ncr भी थाने पर लिखवाने के लिए सोर्स लगाना पड़ता है यह 10 चक्कर काटने पड़ते हैं।

Bhai agar practically baat ki jae toh court me tab tk case chalta h jab tak aapka next generation aa jaega. Tab tak gareeb toh bohot dur ki baat bahubali bhi nhi bachega. Kitaabi gyaan batana alag h aur practically situation puri alag h. Inhone bataya special court hoti h par hamari state me koi special court nahi h. Hamari state me maamla Rent controlling authority k paas jaata h waha bhi same condition h minimum 10 saal toh bohot normal kehlata h. Ab aap hi bataiye ki kya bahubali aur kya gareeb. Hamare khud k ghar pe kiraedar ka taala laga h, jaha ka address h kiraedar ka waha se bhi wo bhaag chuke h ab bataiye kaha notice bheje bhagwaan k paas ?

Sir meri ek shop hai Punjab me jo red line ke under hai. Hme vo shop khaali krvani thi but kiraydaar ne mna kr diya vo hmari shop me kuch 20-30 saalo se rent pe hai jo mere daadi deke gye the. Abhi jb usne shop khaali krne se mna kiya to hm sarpanch ke pas gye or faisla hua stamp paper pr ki vo 1 year ke baad shop khaali kr dega otherwise shop samman ke saath hme miljaayegi. But Abhi one year complete ho gya hai but Abhi usne fr se mna kr diya. Please help and give suggestion.

Sir maine like kiya aur Channel subscribe bhi kiya. Sir mera problem ye hua hai ki kiraedar ne woh khud na rehete huey kisi aur ko rakhwaya hsi aur ussey bhi rent agreement banaya hai hai aur woh khud owner hai aisa usne jisko hamare gharmein rakhha hai usey heavy and deposot ke tour per 3 lacs bhi liye hai.. Humko malum hua to bolta hai thode din ki baat hai usko main khali karwa dunga .usko 3 lacs de dunga.. Humne is froud malum hone ke baad rent agreement banaya khatm kiya.. I Aur notice bheja vakil ke thru . Usper woh abhi bhi room khali nahi karwa raha hai Sir batayeeye plz ki hum kare to kya kare. Humne rent agreement banaya nahi banwaya kuin ki iska matlab ye hoga ki hum ussey razi hai.. Sehmat hai Sir hum kya kar sakte hai aisey case mein? Plz sir aap ko meri dua lagegi.. Plz..

Sir, My father has purchased a plot at Nashik in 1991 with agreement .but due to lack of knowledge my daddy didn't knew about tax receipt must also have to be transferred from seller to buyer. But now after 30 years also instead of buying the plot we are unable to do anything .and we have also filled a case but it is taking tooo much time . Is there any legal way to get rid off this problem as soon as possible.

This provision is not applicable throughout India. Every state has its own rent control laws. You did'nt mention which state you are talking about.

यदि कोई किरायेदार 50 साल से एक मकान में रहता है और नियमित किराया देता है फिर भी मकान मालिक मकान खाली करने के लिए कोर्ट जाता है तो क्या कोर्ट मकान खाली कर आ सकता है कृपया बताइए

good morning sir हमारे पास अक्सर ऐसे केस आते है जिसमें मालिक के पास agriment किया ही नही होता या कई सालो से किराए पर दे रही होती है दुकान या मकान ऐसे केस को क्या किया जा सकता है

जी बिल्कुल किया जा सकता है बशर्ते आप जिस राज्य में हो वहाँ के टेनेंसी एक्ट में प्रोविजन हो और यदि नही हो तो संबंधित रजिस्ट्रार के वहाँ भी इस तरह की व्यवस्था होती है
