we have few problems and require correct guidance: 1. we don't know about good mulit-minerals. We take multivitamin with max ingredients which includes vits, minerals, pro-bios etc, but now we know that that table is not good. Its give ulcers, gas etc. So its better we take 5 tabs: 2 for multivitamin different kinds and 2 for minerals so that formula is stable and absorbable in body. 2. Now companies in India has trust issues because in one factory all products are made and then labelled differently. L arginine has less bio availability.. instead take l citrulline or l citrulline malate..which is easy on the stomach and gets converted to argnine and has the best bio availability of argnine.. bio availability means absorption

You don't need to wait for 2 hours after meal to take omega , multivitamins and vitamin d supplements. You can take them with food or just after food .

L-Citruline works better than L-Arginine for ATP process for arginine products as L-Citruline converts better to arginine than arginine itself. Everything else is great.

@@RahulrajGupta96 take 2-3 grams pure L-Citrulline or 8-10 grams Citrulline Malate. Mix in a glass of water and drink empty stomach half an hour before workout…. Can take L-citrulline any time on rest day also but do not take Citrulline Malate on rest day as it gives you too much stimulation which doesn’t go away without intense activity. Also, rinse your mouth after drinking C.Malate to protect your teeth as it is highly acidic.

I would like to correct you sir, Reaserch and studies show L- Arginine absorption is very bad in Human body whereas L- Citruline absorption is very good though Citruline gets converts into Arginine but direct Arginine taking in ay form makes absorption very poor, Very less Arginine is absorbed in body, Rest goes out from Urine where as Citruline absorption is very high which changes into Arginine but Direct Arginine cabsorption is very less or bad
