Bhindi - 400 gram
Onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Curd - 2 to 3 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 2
Cooking oil - 5 tbsp
Salt to taste

yah bilkul bhi sahi steps nahin hai main Ghar per banakar dekha aur yah bahut hi ganda banaye test main bhi aur thickness fir bhi it is not good at all 😏😏😡😡same step ham log ne do bar bhaji banaya per bilkul bhi vaisa achcha nahin banaa I am very disappointed with this andI don't think it is a real steps because I have taken it on five to six hours making this recipe and it is not good at

I've never made this Bhindi variation before and it came out absolutely brilliant tasting to the point that its going to be a regular menu item from now on. The steps are so simple and straightforward. The only change that I made was mixing a little besan + water to the yogurt so that it doesn't curdle when added. I don't see how some people are complaining.

A very important tip. Bhindi Ki sabji bante hi usme adha nimbu ka ras zarur daale is se taste fresh ho jata Hai or digestion ke liye ye bahut helpful Hai, Askar beej wali sabjiya Apke digestion ko bigad Sakti hai. So this helps 🤗
