28 अक्टूबर से 31 अक्टूबर तक हम देखेंगें, 4 ऐसी ख़ास कहानियां जो हमें खुद की पहचान बनाना सिखाएंगी. साथ ही, हम में से 400 लोगों को मिलेगा अपने सपनों को पूरा करने का मौका, Josh Skills के साथ.
उस मौके के तहत हमें अपनी Skills को Develop करने लिए कई Josh Skills के Course मुफ्त में उपलब्ध करवाए जाएंगे, ताकि हमारी Growth में कोई रूकावट ना आए.
भाग लेने के लिए इस Google form में दिए गए कुछ आसान सवालों का जवाब देना होगा.
यदि जीवन में आने वाली चुनौतियाँ और मुश्किलें असीमित हैं, तो इंसान की हिम्मत, हौसले, और उसके मनोबल की शक्ति भी असीमित है। ऐसी एक कहानी है कालबेलिया समाज की World Famous Dancer , Gulabo Sapera जी की। जिनके जीवन में पैदा होने के साथ ही कठिनाइयों और संघर्ष का सिलसिला शुरू हो गया था। इनकी पिता की गैरमौजूदगी में इनके जन्म लेते ही इनके समाज के लोगो ने इन्हे जंगल में मारने के लिए लिए एक गद्दे में गाड़ दिया था। लेकिन इनकी माँ ने इन्हे ढूंढ निकला। ऐसी ही दुर्घटना फिर से होने के डर से छोटी उम्र में ही Gulabo Sapera ने अपने पिता के साथ घूम घूम कर सपेरे का खेल दिखाना शुरू किया, जो परिवार और पूरे समाज का इकलौता आय का माध्यम था। बचपन से ही सापों के साथ खेलकर बड़ी होने वाली Gulabo जी का पूरा बचपन ढफली की थाप और बीन की धुन में ही बीता और वही से शुरआत हुई इनकी प्रतिभा की, जो आज इन्हे World Renowned Dancer बना चुकी है। अपार सफलता की उदाहरण हमारी आज की स्पीकर ने अपनी अपनी प्रतिभा के दम पर, घरवालों के इनमे विश्वास से, और अपने मनोबल से ही अपने जीवन को पूरी तरह बदला। अपनी कला को International level पर, UNESCO तक acknowledgement दिलवाने वाली हमारी आज की Speaker को 2016 पद्मश्री से नवाज़ा जा चुका है।

Success has no limit
If life is a sequence of hardships and struggles, then it’s the willpower, the persistence, and the Josh of a human being to make sure that there is no limit of greatness to achieve. Josh is proud to present World Famous Dancer Gulabo Sapera. She belongs to Kalbaliya Tribe and was buried alive after her birth. Her father was not present at the moment of her birth and it took her mother hours to find her. since then her father kept her with himself when he used to take her on his routine as a snake charmer. She Grew up among snakes and with the sound of Dhafli and Been were there to accompany her. She started to dance with snakes and soon her talent was discovered by people among his father’s audience. That was the beginning of a journey that allowed her to perform in America, made her art acknowledged by UNESCO and she received Padma Shree for her practice.
Here is the story of Gulabo Sapera. A story of struggle, success, and Josh. This proves that there is no limit to success if there is no limit to courage and Josh.

वो मंच जहां कई Role Models आते हैं और अपने जीवन की प्रेरणादायक कहानी हमारे साथ शेयर करते हैं. वो अपने जीवन के उन किस्सों को शेयर करते हैं जहां वो Fail हुए, उन्होंने गलतियां की, कई बार हिम्मत भी टूटी पर अपने लक्ष्य को हासिल करके ही माने.
अगर दो शब्दों में कहा जाए, तो जोश Talks हम सबके लिए हमारे ‘बड़े भैय्या/बड़ी बहन’ की तरह है.
जो हमेशा हमारे दोस्त बनकर हमारी बात सुनते हैं और हमें कुछ नया सिखाते हैं.
तो चलो, जोश के साथ हर Goal को हासिल करें. :)
और हां! अगर हमारे पास ऐसे लोगों की कहानियां हैं जिन्होंने अपनी मेहनत और हिम्मत के दम पर अच्छा मुकाम हासिल किया है. जिससे आज वो समाज के लिए एक Role Model बन गए हैं.
