As you explained, it takes time to time for a social system to evolve. Capitalist economic system too has taken a long time to evolve and get firmly established. So also, socialism will take time to evolve fully and firmly establish itself. The value system also evolve over time, which is in agreement with socialist economic system. The value system of socialism will be based on non-exploitation of one person by another.
My experience: Revolution from lower/exploited/humiliated class always has some remnants of underlying grudge & inferiority complexes...this corrupts & pollutes the ethical sense, plus revolution from bottom requires huge crowd...& crowd brings in all kinds of uncontrolled emotions as aim polluters & dilutes the goals...plus coordinating a crowd is never perfect. While a single powerful person at top in self acts as a huge crowd...and since this crowd is a single person so its aims remain intact & coordination is perfect (no coordination needed at all so related issues)

My experience: Nature can think & judge, thr r some unknown forces that do that somehow...and this is not divine or supernatural...its just some entropy related mechanism that operates in certain bands....memories & information remains in tym & space in various forms (like in memories & perceptions of others) even if the holding particle structure get destroyed (death/disintegration) and this background entropy affects the forming of other particle structures in vicinity / under interaction.... This phenomenon causes perceptive randomness...but actually have countless invisible strings pulling the things from background...
Nature is God... This whole universe and perhaps beyond it is God itself... The whole universe is like clock, while their is hidden mechanism which is running this whole universe... And that hidden mechanism can also be called god... The Nature is very complicated yet simple , very rational yet very divine...

Heard this whole lecture . Seems it as if it is more your personal opinion on marx v/s religion and not the critical study .The youngsters may be misguided on the subject . Marxism as a subject is an honest effort ,to eradicate the sufferings of the poor class ,in the history of mankind .Ways of implementation may be questionable.Millions of millions people are still for away from ' Roti kaprha aur makaan '.Are the present goveronings in the world serious about the sufferings of the mankind ? Talking of India , in present times, is religion soothing the society or disrupting the peace of the society ?

Religion is man made & has chances of going corrupt...but nature is not man made & has no chance of going corrupt.....man must create worship centres of "NATURE" this will definitely help & within few years will unite all religions in one standard universally acceptable ideology & minimize conflict of interests.
Religions can never be united.. particularly, Abrahamic ones... because of their ideology and philosophy.. Worshipping nature is mostly what native religions do,hindus,Mayans, Egyptian religion, Greek religion, Roman religion, Shinto religion , tribal religion,African religion etc. All of them used to worship nature and personified nature as god and natural elements as deities ... Philosophically or ideologically Jainism, Buddhism, Sikhism , Hinduism might not unite but socially we can unite... Even philosophically , ideologically or socially world can not unite because of nature itself .. Why? Diversity is the law of nature .... We will always have difference...

Communist Chinese have proved that they are more nationalists than right wing nationalists of India. India accepted Tibet as autonomous part of China and in 2003 India's top nationalist leader officially accepted one China policy . But China still not accepted Arunachal Pradesh as part of India. What Indian national purpose is served by this . Introspect deeply and teach yourself first what is right. Give up bias and double standard.
