Turmeric powder - 3/4 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Dry mango powder -1 tbsp
Carom seeds (ajwain)- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Vinegar - 1.5 tbsp
Mustard oil -1 cup
