No buy back option available, we brought mattress of 14 k rupees and it's very hard he is saying it's latex we are asking to replace it has 7 years warranty but no sign or stamp of warranty given also latex authentication he is not giving. Since 6 hours asking need replacement he said additional cost but he is not telling how much cost he is saying to us that we can't afford 60k mattress branded from duroflex . I already have one bedroom duroflex very bad customer service bad mattress please avoid this shop at all cost .. 6 days hard mattress
