Rocking! We in Punjab make it with Sarson and Palak Uncle ko boliye thoda lahsun bacha ke end me before serving iske uper tadke mein daal ke dein. Believe me swaad double-triple-chopal ho jayega. Udaipur shayad next month chakkar lagne wala hai, will definitely try out his preparation. Love from Patiala! Edit: Final tadka in chopped garlic and whole red chillies in desi ghee. You can skip ajwain and better add jeera. Palak and sarson are already laxative in nature. So, they counter balance the mutton beautifully.
