Exactly main bhi yahi dekhne aai thi k mujhe hi ye laga ya kisi or ne bhi notice Kiya because cream cheese and cheese spread dono k taste me bahut jyada difference hota hai and jaha tk mujhe pata hai red velvet cake me cheese spread use nahi hota hai

It’s a whole lot of different things. Being saltier in taste, cheese spread will actually ruin the taste of the delicate cream cheese frosting. So one should always use cream cheese instead of cheese spread at least when you taking orders because one person can compromise not everyone and if someone is paying you so much, they should get the quality of what they paid. Instead of supporting every time, do give her humble suggestions so that she can improve otherwise there is no scope of improvement because you guys are entertaining this kind of things. I may be a small thing for you but when you have paid a huge principal and not get the quality of your expectations, no one would ever buy that thing again.

Exactly u r right...and cheese spread is cheaper than cream cheese.. cream cheese is used in sweet dishes while cheese spread is used in savouries. And cheese spread me kitna bhi sugar dalo usme salt ayega hi ayega and bahot weird taste krta hai
