I am doing meditation for 20 days and it helped me a lot i start living in present i will give you the incident happen with me ----- mere kitchen m water geyser h aur jab bhi tape k andar se pani aata tha to muje yaad nahi rehta aur mera hand jal jata par meditation suru karne k baad ab mera bahut jyada aware ho gaya hu
fact.. it really works...and the best part is.. i was not able to get anything in the class was really hard for me to focus and grasp things.. but trust me within a month's practice.. my focus has improved a lot and my ability to grasp and understand new things.. but you have to do it for at least 10 min in the starting and gradually you can extend it to 20 min or 30 min.. depends on you.. how much you can control your brain.. 😊

Hamara man hamesha kisi na kisi baat ki taraf aakarshit hota rahta hai. Kyoki har pal wo alag alag baaton ke taraf jata hai isse hamare man ki saktiya bikhar jaati hain. Dusra ye bhi dhyan rakhna jaroori hai ki ham dhyan arthat man kin baato ki or le jaa rhe hain. Kyoki man jidhar dyan karega uski energy ko apne taraf attract karega. Negative se negative aur positive se positive. Isliye dhyan hamesha positive source of energy means God ka karna hota hai. Iske liye aapko pata hona chahiye- who am i ? who is God? where God lives? And what is Process of Communication with God i.e. meditation. Jaha tak baat hai samay seema ki to iswar se dhyan lagane par hamari muladhar shakti urdhwagami hone lagti hai. From last one and half month I am doing meditation daily finding really positive my mind used to jump like monkey now has stopped, including I used to think lot of past and future but now has stopped.
