Democracy is not dependent on percentage of votes but numbers of seats/members of Legislative Assembly or Lok Sabha. Even if one party get less votes in some times but might be got more seats in the Assembly or Lok Sabha. So, you can't critical of the percentage of votes, the rulling party get. गुरु👳🔮 जी आपने कानून के दायरे में उचित अनुचित संविधानिक असंवैधानिक औऱ न्यायपालिका कार्यपालिका बिधायिका में अन्तर और उनके अलग अलग कार्य बतलाया साथ ही साथ जनता जनार्दन को सरवोपरि माना जो सभी देशवासियों को जानने की आवश्यकता है यद्यपि कर्म बड़ा है लेकिन विना निर्णय किये हुए कर्म भी अकर्म बन जाते हैं और उनका परिणाम उल्टा हो जाता है गीता में कहा गया है कि किम् कर्मेति किम् अकर्मेति कवयो का बर्णन किया गया है इसलिए इसको जानना बहुत जरूरी है

सर अगर हमे psir या ir को साइंस की तरह समझना चाहे तो क्या यह निम्नलिखित बिंदु अपनाए जा सकते हैं? जिस प्रकार इलेक्ट्रॉन अलग-अलग field में अलग-अलग behave करता है उसी प्रकार प्रत्येक व्यक्ति एवं देश अलग-अलग field से अलग-अलग मात्रा में प्रभावित होता है जैसे field में ( वैचारिक, सामाजिक ,राजनीतिक ,धार्मिक ,आर्थिक और सांस्कृतिक)आदि हो सकती है और इन field में हर व्यक्ति एवं हर देश का अलग-अलग behavier हो सकता हैं तथा जिस प्रकार electron की properties या gravity होती है उसी प्रकार व्यक्ति या देश की भी gravity होती है जो प्रकृति ,भौगोलिक ,आर्थिक,अवस्थिति, सामाजिक और भूत काल में उत्पन्न फील्ड आदि पर निर्भर करती है कि उस व्यक्ति एवं देश की gravity क्या होगी और यहां gravity का अर्थ है ? व्यक्ति एवं देश के द्वारा अपनाए गए सिद्धांत या properties जो कि परिवर्तनशील हो सकते हैं तथा यह ग्रेविटी पर ही निर्भर करता है कि कोई व्यक्ति एवं देश किसी field से कैसा और कितनी तिवर्ता से बिहेव करेगा जैसा कि हम माने की कुछ electron है जिनकी कुछ प्रॉपर्टी समान हो सकती है परंतु कुछ properties अलग है तथा साथ ही यह properties परिवर्तनशील भी है तथा field की intensity भी अलग-अलग हो और हम उन electons का frame of reference भी परिवर्तनशील रखते हैं तो उन electons का behavier एक दूसरे से पृथक या अलग होगा तो उसी प्रकार प्रत्येक व्यक्ति एवं देश के behavier को analysis भी कर सकते हैं और यहां gravity को मुख्यतः चार प्रकार में विभाजित कर सकते हैं G1- अपरिवर्तनशील ग्रेविटी ( आधारभूत ग्रेविटी) G2- हल्की परिवर्तनशील ग्रेविटी G3- अधिक परिवर्तनशील ग्रेविटी G4 -पूर्ण परिवर्तनशील ग्रेविटी और यह gravity प्रत्येक व्यक्ति एवं देश के लिए अलग-अलग हो सकती है प्रत्येक field के प्रति gravity की sensitivity भी अलग-अलग हो सकती है तथा यह sensitivity भी परिवर्तनशील हर gravity एवं field के प्रति तथा हमें यहां से यह अनुमान होता है कि व्यक्ति एवं देश को science के रूप में परिभाषित किया जा सकता है तो psir एवं ir को science के रूप में परिभाषित किया जा सकता है निष्कर्ष :- psir एवं ir को साइंस मानने से इनकार करना प्राकृतिक साइंस को साइंस मानने से इनकार करना है या natural science पर ? है तथा व्यक्ति एवं देश की gravity को सभी भूत ,वर्तमान और भविष्य में उपस्थित फील्ड के पूर्ण analysis किया जाए तो प्रत्येक व्यक्ति एवं देश के मत के बारे में जाना जा सकता है 🙏🇮🇳🙏

When a Public Company formed by promoter and Registered it becomes a legal Personality. It is an artificial legal Person. The Memorandum of Association says it objective. To achieve the objectives how and who will do the work the directors of the company will do all the work according to articles of Association. Similarly Constitution is Memorandum of Association. The public of the country shall appoint or elect a person who will work and make rules for the public of the country. Thus Vidhayka is entrusted by the Constitution to make rules, Law, Policy for the country's people. Similarly Judiciary system, judges shall be appointed by the Rules and law framed by the Vidhayka. But Vidhayka shall not appoint the CJI. Hence Collegium system must be wiped out. Soncho Gadhon.

मन्त्री का जीवन पांच सालों में समाप्त होने की सम्भावना होती है ? अगर पुनः जीत कर नहीं आता है ? न्यायाधीशों का जीवन लम्बा होता है ! कानून हमेशा ही संविधानों के हिसाब से होना चाहिए नहीं कानून सांसद से पास कानून का कोई मूल्य नहीं ? देश के लिए संविधान तभी बनाया जाता है ! विधि संविधान में ही लिखी होती है !

एक बात समझिए कि संविधान समयानुसार बनाया गया था जिसे समय समय पर संशोधन भी करना पड़ता है जनता की जरूरत के लिए, इसलिए जनता का मंतव्य सर्वोपरी है जो जजों को मालूम है

Legislative,executive,and judiciary, these three organs are inter dependant and inter play with each other,each other depends upon each other and all are indipendent in each sphere ,hence balance should be maintained .my personal view.
