Made this and it was crisp and tasty even though the first one got burnt 😄 I reduced the initial time for the rest of it and it came out really good. For the weight used a small saucepan filled with water….useful tip from elsewhere. Thanks for this recipe.

Bhaiya apne sach m mujhe chef bna dia. College tym se apki recipes bna rha hu. Apne mujhe pta chalwa dia mujhe cooking kitni pasand h. Apka channel milne se pahle room kbi kha na nhi bnaya tha. Aj meri girlfriend duaye deti h apko restaurant ka khana chod dia usne Or m b 2-3 saal me 2-3 baar hi gya hounga. Aj apki alu palak bnai thi kbi apke liye khana bnane ka sapna h. It's obvious thing that if one has to eat to survive then one needs to cook, but problem is when people start judging a man by not cooking, it's a fact that one person can do one work at a time, so the system of women cooking came in old time bcz men used to work in fields nd which was obviously a hard task and women had to manage household, when progress happened in mid time many women came out to be homemakers nd men working then women worked in kitchens, if any women is working it's as simple as that she won't cook but if a women don't do anything, she needs bcz how can you expect a man to work in out there nd cook at the same time, he is man not superman, nd yes if any girl lives alone won't she cook for herself just bcz women are not made for kitchen?? Think logically

Thank you Bharat. I tried this yesterday and it came out super crunchy and tasty. My son and wife enjoyed it. The other ways to reduce the water content would be to remove the seeds from the tomato and use a saltier cheese instead of mozzarella so you don't need salt. I am going to try and use thin slices of tomato instead of chopping them up to not waste the seeds and see how that turn out.
