Being a chef i appreciate your efforts sir but please keep your recipes simple as much as possible mustard is too heavy for veg. Like cabbage...i think a very little change in your way of cooking can do justice to your efforts...if we are paying for cabbage peas potatoes chicken etc then we expect the real taste of that ingredient and some spices you used can spoil aroma and taste of the dish...please correct me if im wrong...mustard is for sahjan ladyfinger sometimes in brinjal but in small amount arbi etc...winter veggies need very soft hand in terms of spices because they have their own flavour
Jo koi yahaan sarcastic ho raha hai mirch ke istemal ko lekar, ye 3 kilo gobhi me itni mirch lagti hai. 3 kilo ki gobhi ghar me nahi banate hain. Jitna banana hai usi hisaab se mirch daalo.
@@ikay1966 Do u even know Hindi language?? Have you heard him talking? He clearly mentions he is making the recipe with 3KG gobi. And can't you even guess the quantity gobi once it was emptied into the iron vessel for cooking. Does that look like only half a KG cabbage??
I still think too spicy. I cook myself so have a basic idea. Vegetables like bandhgobi reduces greatly in volume when covered and cooked over low flame with a bit of salt. Mustard will make it extremely hot too. Each viewer may give his or her viewpoint so there is no point in getting personal or trying to defend anyone since this is a video and not some trial court proceeding .

Too much masalas ! I only use diced tomatoes turmeric salt and oil. One whistle and then 2 minutes on low. Keep it aside for fifteen minutes. Yummiest sabzi light in texture u can enjoy with roti @dinner
