Nepali style Sungur ko masu ko achar,pork meat pickle this types of meat achar very popular in Nepali food.Made with fry meat and different types of masalas it’s really delicious and can store for months.
Ingredients for this Recipe
Meat of your choice 1 kg
Ginger around 2 inches
Garlic 1 bulb (if small use 2)
Mustard oil 250 ml
Dry red chilli
1 Tbs chill powder
3star anise
4 bay leaves
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 nutmeg grated
Salt for taste
60ML vinegar
1 Tbs of sugar
Masalas:-
1Tbs cumin seeds
1Tbsfennel seeds
1 tspSichuan pepper
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
