As SEBI chair has suggested F&O is becoming macro issue with 60000 cr of household savings being lost I would like to point out .. According to this logic she should float a proposal to ban all Competitions exams as For example in UPSC Around 10L Aspirant fill form 5L appear for exam For which lets assume they take coaching investing around 2L as fees So 5,00,000x2,00,000= 100,000,000,000 rs of household savings are “lost” as only 1000 candidate’s will be selected !! P.s i am not accounting for opportunity cost And cost of other exams (CAT,NEET,JEE,NET & Others combined !!

To reduce speculation few years ago they have reduced margin. Time over time they introduced new new policies and rules. But tell me is it worked ? Is retail trader stopped loosing money ? Every year SEBI release data that Year on year people are loosing more money. Arreeee.... In SEBI walo ko itni si baat samaj nae aati kya, Jisko trading ki lat lag chuki ho wo to Ghar baar bech kar paisa lagaya he. Aur jiske pas capital Kam hoga wo alternative way dhund lega jua khelne ke. Example: Dream 11, Teen patti, Junglee rummy, 1xBet, Binamo, Octafx Jisko jua khelna he hai usko tum rok nae sakte.

We have to understand that liquidity will be affected drastically as buyers will reduce due to upfront margin and then imagine who the seller will sell to if there are no buyers.I think it will be then be just a game for big players so bye bye retailers. With the liquidity and volume reduced it will be much easier for bigger players to pull the market up and down with lesser capital than required presently and drive prices as per their wish which is what happens with illiquid stocks so finally we may see bigger volatility in the market and here also retailer will lose to bigger players

Option seller ko unlimited loss ke vajan se use se jyada upfront margin lete hai lekin buyer ka to premium jitna hi limited loss ho sakta hai to upfront margin bilkul hi nahi leni chahiye aur option selling to band hi honi chahiye wohi log breakout pe chhote retailer ka loss karate hai

Upfront margin is not payed by buyers, buyers pay only premium value in the papers it is written collecting of upfront premiums not margins for buyers and it is just a suggestion if upfront margins will be charged from buyers then why he will buy he will sell as he will get advantage of decay on selling.

Retailer traders are largely the ones who have employment problem. Retailers enter with lesser capital to learn & understand the market psychology. Even education upfront will not improve profitability of new traders. Losses in cash market teaches you to mature and when they are going to make profit, the regulators enter the market with sword. Better to send questionaire to retails investors thru trading platform to know the opinion of retail trader. Can government give assurance of profitability after starting new business. I have started a business and will take 2 to 3 yrs for becoming profitable. So, I have turned up to FNO as it requires lesser capital proportionately lesser loss. Why haven't the government dared to bring this regulation before general election. The elections result in Maharashtra will show the government how the middleclass feels about the tax terrorism with new budget

It means that whoever has more money will not lose more knowledge and those who trade with less money will lose more knowledge. Strange logic. Who are new to the stock market in FNO trading,how will trade with big money? They knows they will loss and learn psycology practically.Who are profitable today but they were loss maker trader. If that time SEBI wants to declare this norms to out retrailor from FNO segments then how will overcome loss. Any field like NEET,IAS, IPS,UPSC exam successful candidates percentage is not more than 5%.On the other hand rest unsuccessful participants are lossing money, hardwork,time and family status. If now govt is decided to increase fees 10000 for said exam then what will be out come? Who will enjoy the interest of upfront merging? Poor, middle, upper class in respect of Money earning all are indian first. Stock market trading is for all class of people.FNO trading should be given opportunity for all which has happened last 10 years. Who are master in trading will do profit, who are in loss will learn from their mistake.

Just imagine SEBI new Consultation paper in other way( comparing FNO losses to Road Accident in India) Reporter :- If you would be transport minister, what will you do to overcome road accident in India. Madhabi Puri Buch :- I will not allow any vehicle below 30 lakh price to ride on road ( because she wants to increase contract size to stop retailers and promote big player) Reporter:- why you not provide any certification course and ask new comers to present it before entering into FNO trending ( just like Driving license on Road)..? Madhabi Puri Buch:- DL is not mandatory, I will increase Toll tax ( as she has increased STT) Reporter :- Why you are allowing everyone to enter into FNO treading even they don't know anything about it..?( just like you don't have DL and you are driving on Highways) Madhabi puri Buch:- No DL is not mandatory, just I will not allow small vehicle to drive on road and will increase toll tax. Dear all small traders like me, do you think SEBI is really thinking about us and truly faithful with us with such foolish comments...? I think No. SEBI and Government both want to increase their own income and promoting big player. This government has already destroyed PSU like BSNL to promote JIO and Now they are targeting Stock Market. Every where they are crushing middle class families. Biggest mistake in my life is to support and vote for BJP in last three election. But this will not happen again.
