Thank you for the nice instructions. Unfortunately, the dough became sticky and I could not work with it (I took one cup water and one cup ragi). Any suggestions what I am doing wrong.
When the water gets heated and bubbles started.. Then you have add flour. Till then don't add. While measuring ragi aata in a cup, take full cup of aata (bharke)
Pani ko achchhe se ubal aane ke baad aata milaye... Agar ubal aane se pehle aata milaoge to aata thoda patla banta hai. Aata ka naap lete waqt bharke lena hai
